Nowadays in all professional sports and in many amateur activities the pressure to win is very strong. Poor sportsmanship is sometimes the result, with players acting violently or unpleasantly towards their opponents and officials.

Because of the high profile, individuals and teams both professional and amateur, there has arisen, with vast television and newspaper coverage, many new Moral Issues and Values. The following are amongst such issues we will look at and discuss.
